Description

Sourdough bakery Lavett bakes exclusively with organic ingredients. All breads are vegan and the pâtisserie is almost entirely vegan. In addition, there is a focus on local and sustainable cultivation. Lavett wheat is a favorite in the bakery, because it thrives well in the Netherlands and is organically grown. Because this grain was the inspiration for the bakery, it was named after it. You can stop by the bakery to buy a loaf of bread, or you can go to Kaffeetaria and the Locals shop at the Vismarkt for Lavett loaves.
