In the past Mooshka only offerd take away, but they moved to a beautiful location on the Wibautstraat where you can also eat in the restaurant. Mooshka is a hip colorful vegan soul food restaurant in De Pijp where you can eat or pick up your food. They are so crazy about soul that all soul legends are visible on their wall of fame. Mooshka serves East African food, Caribbean flavors, to a Dutch Kapsalon. All dishes are completely vegan without losing the authentic flavors of the dishes. Don't forget to try there famous vegan milkshake.

I really liked the vibes here. The staff were super lovely, the food was so fresh and prepared with love, and it was nice to have a vegan restaurant with such a specific and somewhat rare cuisine (African/Caribbean) I tried their classic injera and the buffalo soldier plate. The injera pancake was soooo soft and all 6 stews tasted so wholesome and authentic. I ordered the buffalo plate mainly because I was so intrigued with the blue cheese dip, which was spot on! Haven’t had anything blue cheese related since before I was vegan, so it’s been a while. Can’t wait to come back for more injera or try one of the burgers 🍔 Highly recommend this place!
