Vroeger kon je bij Mooshka alleen eten afhalen, maar nu ze zijn verhuisd naar de mooie locatie op de Wibautstraat kun je ook in het restaurant eten. Mooshka is een hip kleurrijk vegan soul food restaurant is de Pijp waar je lekker kunt zitten of eten kunt afhalen. Ze zijn hier zo gek op soul dat alle soullegendes zichtbaar zijn op hun Wall of fame. Mooshka serveert van Oost- Afrikaans, Caribische smaken tot een Nederlandse Kapsalon. Alle gerechten zijn volledig vegan zonder de authentieke smaken van de gerechten te verliezen. Vergeet de bekende vegan milkshake niet te proberen.

I really liked the vibes here. The staff were super lovely, the food was so fresh and prepared with love, and it was nice to have a vegan restaurant with such a specific and somewhat rare cuisine (African/Caribbean) I tried their classic injera and the buffalo soldier plate. The injera pancake was soooo soft and all 6 stews tasted so wholesome and authentic. I ordered the buffalo plate mainly because I was so intrigued with the blue cheese dip, which was spot on! Haven’t had anything blue cheese related since before I was vegan, so it’s been a while. Can’t wait to come back for more injera or try one of the burgers 🍔 Highly recommend this place!
