Hi, I'm Demi! I'm a true Amsterdammer at heart and absolutely adore everything to do with vegan food. Since 2019, I've been vegan and my love for delicious food has only grown since then. My passion isn't just for the food itself, but also for cooking, visiting restaurants, and writing about food. That's why I've been working with great joy for RestauPlant since May 2022, where all my enthusiasm for vegan food comes together. In everyday life, I'm busy with studying and working, but I also find plenty of free time to cuddle with my rescue dog, Lily. I also love dry white wine, attending festivals, reading, and traveling. For a good vegan burger (preferably with fries and garlic mayo), you can always wake me up.
