Description
Jean and Sonja have been a couple and pioneers in the catering industry for more than 25 years. They started together in a pancake house, but now they have a Green Michelin star to their name with restaurant Aan Sjuuteeänjd. Jean and Sonja have had their own vegetable garden for years, where they grow (forgotten) vegetables to make surprising dishes. 80% of the ingredients the chefs use are organic. Aan Sjuuteeänjd is very sustainable; for example, the clothing that employees wear is made from recycled material. The menu is a surprise and can be served completely plant-based.
