This means, thousands of miles away from Cairo, we can still taste authentic Egyptian flavors, but this time, in Hilversum. Owner Amr makes authentic koshari (perhaps Egypt's most popular street food dish). Koshari is a mixture between lentils, rice and pasta, with a spicy tomato sauce and chickpeas. All dishes are 100% vegan and mostly organic. They also opened a restaurant in Amsterdam in October 2023.
