In a characteristic building on the Klingelbeek, this Japanese Matcha Café and Bistro opens its doors for lovers of vegetable cuisine. The concept is completely about ingredients of vegetable origin, where seasonal vegetables and herbs from their own garden are central. On the menu are salads, curry and udon, supplemented with homemade mochi, cakes and desserts. The kitchen follows the Washoku philosophy and focuses on sustainable gastronomy with local products. In addition to ceremonial Uji Matcha and organic coffee, Kombucha and Boba Tea are also served. In the summer months, the range is expanding with dinner men on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.
