Blij aan de Vecht is a cozy restaurant with a beautiful terrace on the water in Utrecht. When the weather is nice you can sit outside, but inside it is also comfortably furnished with interconnected spaces. Buurtrestaurant met shared dining concept: je bestelt een aantal gerechten per keer die je kunt delen met je tafelgenoten. Naast vlees en vis hebben ze hier een groot aantal vega(n) gerechten (40%). Toppers waren voor ons de raviolo van Shropshire blue, de rendang van spitskool en de gestoofde prei in kokoscurry.
