On the edge of Tarifa's beach promenade you will find the completely vegetarian restaurant Brio. The menu is one hundred percent organically certified and offers a wide range of vegan tapas and dishes, in addition to vegetarian options. Pasta, bread and sauces are made in-house. More than half of the dishes are gluten-free. Sustainability is central: products are seasonal and largely local, the restaurant works with fair trade and avoids single-use plastic.
