Description
Brewery Troost now has three locations in Amsterdam. Troost is a brewery that attaches great importance to sustainability. All beers are organic and as far as possible they work with organic products. Breweries are often known for beer and burgers. This is also the case at Troost brewery, but unlike many other breweries, the foodmenu is fully vegetarian. Brewery Troost is therefore the place to be for vegans and vegetarians because they have more then enough optios on their menu.

I really like the concept of a completely vegetarian brewery. Unfortunately, it has very few vegan options. I was really looking forward to the Chrispy Chicken Burger, but unfortunately I was disappointed. No taste, no love.
The vegan starters were ok. The Beer.

Meal: Crispy Chicken Burger (vegan)
Dikke plus voor een volledig vegetarische kaart, maar de vegan opties zijn om te huilen. De 'crispy chicken' burger is een witte tijgerbol met een stuk smaakloos, tja, wat is het eigenlijk. Verder amper opties, de liefde ontbreekt. Gelukkig is het bier wél hartstikke lekker.
