Brewery Troost now has three locations in Amsterdam. Troost is a brewery that attaches great importance to sustainability. All beers are organic and as far as possible they work with organic products. Breweries are often known for beer and burgers. This is also the case at Troost brewery, but unlike many other breweries, the foodmenu is fully vegetarian. Brewery Troost is therefore the place to be for vegans and vegetarians because they have more then enough optios on their menu.

I really like the concept of a completely vegetarian brewery. Unfortunately, it has very few vegan options. I was really looking forward to the Chrispy Chicken Burger, but unfortunately I was disappointed. No taste, no love.

Meal: Crispy Chicken Burger (vegan)
Big plus for a completely vegetarian menu, but the vegan options are shocking. The 'crispy chicken' burger is a white tiger bun with a piece of tasteless, well, what is it actually. Furthermore, hardly any options, love is missing. Fortunately, the beer is really tasty.
