Brewery Troost now has three locations in Amsterdam. Troost is a brewery that attaches great importance to sustainability. All beers are organic and as far as possible they work with organic products. Breweries are often known for beer and burgers. This is also the case at Troost brewery, but unlike many other breweries, the foodmenu is fully vegetarian. Brewery Troost is therefore the place to be for vegans and vegetarians because they have more then enough optios on their menu.

Brouwerij Troost is one of the few breweries with a lot of vegan options on the menu. It's great that there are multiple options available. I chose a vegan burger with sweet potato fries. The vegan burger was tasty and the sweet potato fries came with mayonnaise, which is vegan as standard here. Brouwerij Troost is a cozy café.
It's very nice that the fries come with vegan mayonnaise as standard. Tasty burger, cozy brewery atmosphere.
You literally get a plate with a burger without any decoration. For the money you pay, there could be some garnish included.
