At the weekend they serve a 5-course dinner here, and during the week it is also possible to choose a 3- or 4-course dinner. Choux can take all dietary requirements into account. Therfore it is also possible to choose a vegan or vegetarian menu. However, the menu they serve is a surprise menu that changes with the seasons, which is why RestauPlant does not have a menu online. When you eat out on the edge of fine dining, you expect high quality, great service and dishes that will blow you away from your seat. These are precisely the ingredients that are missing from Choux. Of the 4 dishes, I thought only one soup and one sauce were absolutely fantastic, the rest were "just tasty". You can feel from everything in the tent that they include plant-based food, and the focus is not on how they cook. Not recommended for this money.
