Copper Branch is a Canadian vegan restaurant with locations all over the world. In October 2021 the first Dutch branch of Copper Branch opened its doors in the heart of Utrecht. You can enjoy a healthy and sustainable meal. Everything at Copper Branch is vegan! There is something for everyone; with a menu full of vegan burgers and different bowls, and the option to make your own menu. You can go here for coffee and something sweet, lunch, drinks and dinner.

Nice, attractively decorated restaurant in the heart of Utrecht. We had the Signature burger and the Blue burger with fries. Both tasted great. The only thing that was disappointing was the size of the burgers and fries, in our opinion it could have been more for the price you pay.

Nice casual atmosphere. Reminiscent of Bagels and Beans. Warm interior with many real plants. Very pleasant staff. The food was delicious and price/quality was very good. For lunch I had a portobello burger and my daughter had the signature burger. It was so tasty and fun that we came back the same day for our dinner after a day out. My daughter took the crispy wrap. That was delicious. And I like the ceaser bowl. The taste was excellent, but I did miss some green in it. There were 2 small tufts of lettuce. That's allowed more. The brownies were very tasty. If I am in Utrecht again I will definitely go there again. Top!

A really nice no-nonsense concept: good burgers and super tasty bowls. The caramelized shitake is heavenly, you won't find a taste like that anywhere else. Recommended for a "fastfoods plus" evening.
