The Avocado Show has four locations in the Netherlands and other countries. This is a good thing because it is a huge hotspot, which means it is often very busy.At this location you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. When the weather is good, you can eat outside on their terrace. The Avocado Show has something for everyone. About half of the menu consists of vegan and vegetarian dishes, but meat and fish are also served here.

This chain started in the heart of Amsterdam before going international. You can now find them in several other european cities. Their concept is centered around avocado 🥑 and offers ‘pretty healthy options’. They had a couple vegan options like their ‘avo burger’, and many veggie options.
The terrace outside by the gracht is nice to sit by and the service was good, too. There weren't actually that many vegan options on the menu, but enough to have a good choice. Went for the fun burger (burger with avocado as bun) and the avocado fries - liked both, but it wasn't outstanding. The food is very picture-worthy though.
