Description
De Bakkerswinkel has two locations in Amsterdam, one in the South and one in the Center. You can have breakfast, brunch, lunch or enjoy a high tea here. It is also possible to have a cup of coffee with cake or buy a loaf of bread at their bakery. The Bakkerswinkels have a homely vibe and, as they say themselves, people often return. The Bakkerswinkel in the centre has two vegan option on their menu. About half of the menu consists out of vegetarian dishes, but these dishes are often prepared with animal based products such as eggs and cheese. De Bakkerswinkel doesn't seem to be doing much with the transition to a more plant-based menu.
