At the Herbivore you eat organic, vegan, and seasonal. They also use many ingredients from their own vegetable garden, so it can't get more local. Because the menu changes very often, there is no menu on RestauPlant. But you can think of burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pancakes, soup and homemade cakes. The cuisine is mainly European, but occasionally there is also a pearl from another continent.
