Description
The name says it all: at De Pannekoek you eat pancakes. There is a lot to choose from, from savory to sweet, and even a soup or salad if you want to eat something different. There are no standard vegan pancakes on the menu, but the batter can certainly be made vegan. A tomato, mushroom, onion pancakes or one with apple syrup is certainly possible. When the weather is nice, the restaurant has a terrace, and even when it gets a little cooler you can sit under one of the heat lamps.
