At Down to Earth Dining, guests can enjoy a fine dining experience. The entire experience is vegetarian, but can also be served vegan. You can choose between a 4 till 8 course menu, with matching drinks. The menu changes seasonally because the dishes are based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. It is also possible to have lunch at Down to Earth. This is only possible with a reservation.

We enjoyed this special evening so much! Each dish was incredibly creative and showed how much you can do with local ingredients and a zero waste vision. For example, leftover asparagus peels were processed into a delicious asparagus ice cream. The atmosphere, hospitality and matching drink pairing also completed the experience. A restaurant that shows how special vegetarian fine dining can be. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes surprising flavors and a sustainable culinary experience!
