El Castillo is a cozy restaurant in Valkenburg. The restaurant serves Mexican dishes, and the interior is also completely decorated in a Mexican atmosphere. Top restaurant, nice staff and very nicely decorated inside. The last few times I have traveled back from Amersfoort to Valkenburg specifically just for El Castillo.
Lots of vegan options, tasty dishes, nice staff.
Large portions on the la carte menu. Keep that in mind when ordering a starter :). There are no hot sauces on the table, which is common in Mexico, but these can be found at the buffet.
