Since 2016, cake lovers in Enschede don't have to miss anything. At the end of 2016, Lotta opened ETN; a salad bar, with much more than just healthy salads. With more than ten different vegan cakes, brownies and cupcakes, there is something for everyone. There are also gluten-free, nut-free and sugar-free cakes, so there are also many options for allergies or intolerances. In addition to sweets and salads, there are also tasty sandwiches and wraps available. ETN turned 100% vegan in 2021.
