Fankaasoo serves African Fusion, or dishes inspired by West African, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. Many family recipes from Gambia are also used. These recipes come from Kee's friend; he was born in Gambia. The dishes are hot, spicy and 100% vegetable: Fankaasoo is a completely vegan restaurant.
