Restaurant Flores was born from a passion for taste and a desire for a sustainable future. A Green Michelin star is proof that this is going very well. At Flores you will find dishes that are just as tasty as traditional dishes, but more sustainable and local. At Flores they are very good at fermenting and innovating; They have even made their own plant-based charcuterie. The flavors are reminiscent of meat or cheese, but are completely plant-based.
