Description
Food of Cultures is a special initiative in Wageningen. It is not a restaurant like most other restaurants on RestauPlant, but the initiative certainly deserves a place on our site. How does it work? Owner Mahan and her parents Masood and Ziba started Food of Cultures together; a family business that produces fresh and paid dishes from world cuisine. Furthermore, only people with a distance to the labor market work there, who are trained at Food of Cultures so that they become real catering professionals. At Food of Cultures you cannot eat on location, but you can order meals here via a subscription. You can choose 2 meals per month (and then you donate 1 extra meal to charity) or 4 meals per month, where 2 are also donated to charity. The featured kitchen changes every two weeks; So sometimes you eat some Colombian, then Syrian and then Ghanaian. There is always a vegan meal available. Enjoy delicious vegan food while supporting a good cause. You just have to heat it up at home.
