At Hafiza you enter the Afghan kitchen. It is the first Afghan restaurant in Nijmegen. Although there are meat and fish dishes on the menu, the Afghan cuisine is certainly not foreign to veganism and vegetarianism. Spicy rice, roasted eggplant, unique lentil soup and braised cauliflower are all vegan options. An extensive rice table is also possible. You can pick up your order or have it delivered, but it is also possible to enjoy it extensively on the terrace or in the atmospheric restaurant.
