Arrived as the first guest at 4:00 PM on January 2, 2023 and left at 6:00 PM without having eaten. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong. Service downright bad and inexperienced. They only speak English and don't understand what they are doing. Order taken at 4:15 PM and still no food at 5:00 PM. Inquiries in the kitchen reveal that they had put our meals in the box at the Take Away. Everything was quickly thrown on a plate and served cold. (seen myself) Concerns 2 pizzas and two pasta dishes. We sent the meals back to the kitchen and indicated that we wanted fresh food. At 5.45 pm we were served the same dishes again, but now even colder and with the crusts and skins on. Sent back again and asked if we could get our money back after waiting two hours because our wish was over. The manager indicates that an email can be sent to the head office and that we would then get our money back. We did and asked for our €54 back via email. Guess what, they try to fob us off with a €50 voucher to come back to the same restaurant in Breda. NEVER again to this bad fake Italian. They really don't know what they are doing and I really don't understand why it is so busy here. Incredibly bad.
