Description

The name says it all: at Healthful, you eat healthy. In addition to coffee and tea, you will find freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, and whole-wheat sourdough sandwiches. Everything is 100% vegan. An avocado sandwich can't be missed, of course, but Healthful gives the classic sandwich a twist by adding kimchi and pomegranate. You can also go for a different sandwich, a richly filled salad of healthy street food. Healthy doesn't mean that you can't enjoy yourself, and that's why there are also (naturally sweetened) desserts on the menu.

  • Marrakech bowl Meal salad with whole wheat couscous, jackfruit, chickpeas, zucchini, cherry tomato, cucumber, spring onion, baby romaine lettuce, radish and harissa dressing
  • Sweet and sour tofu Fried tofu in a homemade sweet/sour sauce with bean sprouts, basmati rice, bell pepper, zucchini and cassava prawn crackers
  • Caprese sandwich Vegan mozzarella with homemade pesto, beef tomato, spinach salad with yuzu/truffle dressing and miso crumble. Served on whole wheat sourdough bread.
