Description
On the Industrial NDSM site between cranes, ships and steel there is an old shipyard canteen with a new circular look: Helling 7. You can come here for lunch, work, drinks, the terrace and dinner. A new hotspot in Amsterdam where cooking is intuitive on fire. It's not fine dining, but it's not too casual either. Each course has a vegetarian dish, some of which can also be adapted to vegan dishes. It is important to indicate this when booking.

Very cool location, great service and above all: very good food. The chestnut bisque was heavenly. A nice bonus: you are also full when you walk out the door with semi-fine dining!

Very tasty meal. We chose the vegetarian menu. It could be adapted to a vegan menu if we wanted, but without certain sauces the experience was less and we partly opted for adjustments to a vegan menu and partly for a vegetarian menu. We had a very tasty meal. The flavors were very refined and the portions were a good size so that you were really full after 4 courses. We left out the fifth course (the cheese board) from the menu.
