Description
Het Lokaal focuses on local ingredients: almost everything the chefs use is made/created within a radius of 50 kilometres. They therefore use seasonal products and focus on sustainability and no-waste. Het Lokaal is open six days a week for breakfast and lunch, and guests can also enjoy dinner from Wednesday evening (with live music) to Saturday evening. The dinner menu is completely plant-based, only some meat and/or fish can be served for an additional fee. There is no menu for dinner, because the dishes change weekly and sometimes even daily Largely animal-free, surprising, organic and local!
