Description

Het Lokaal focuses on local ingredients: almost everything the chefs use is made/produced within a radius of 50 kilometers. They therefore use seasonal products and focus on sustainability and no-waste. Het Lokaal is open six days a week for breakfast, lunch and drinks, and from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening guests can also enjoy dinner. The dinner menu is completely plant-based, but some meat and/or fish can only be served for an additional charge. There is no menu, because the dishes change weekly and sometimes even daily. Largely animal-free, organic, surprising and local!
