Description

Juuls Hummus makes hummus in an authentic Israeli way. In the deli, which focuses on Tel Aviv cuisine, hummus is served as a meal in a bowl with all kinds of toppings, served with pita, olives and sweet and sour pickles. The hummus itself is vegan, as are many dishes on the menu. A number of dishes are vegetarian or contain meat. Utrecht has two Juuls Hummus branches, including this one in Baanstraat.

Best hummus in Utrecht by far. I had the hummus with spicy eggplant and my friend the one with peppers and tahini. Both were delicious. The pitas are also nice and fresh. The owners are also super friendly, so definitely a place to return to (also for takeaway).
