Lars is a fine-dining restaurant in the Houthavens. In 2022 they received their first MICHELIN star. Lars offers a chef's menu where you can have lunch that starts from 3 courses and for dinner you can choose a four, five or six course menu. The restaurant offers a vegetarian menu and a meat and fish menu. Although the website states that dietary requirements can be taken into account, it is not possible at Lars to adjust the vegetarian menu to a vegan menu.
