Description

Lilith Coffee was the first in Rotterdam to introduce the concept of an all-day breakfast. Here you can eat vegan and vegetarian breakfasts throughout the day and drink locally roasted coffee specialties. Lilith Coffee has been completely vegetarian since 2019 and is on its way to becoming 100% plant-based. The dishes all look very fancy and are very Instagramable, as does the decor of the restaurant. The restaurant has a large terrace, so you can have breakfast in the sun.

  • Small Breakfast Pancake or bread with egg, yoghurt with granola and fruits, filter coffee and a small orange juice. also has a vegan option!
  • Savoury Crepe Spicy crepe with cabbage topped with okonomiyaki sauce, salad, avocado and pickled onion
  • Jack-Tuna Burrito Vegan tuna mix of jackfruit, chickpeas and seaweed with salad and siracha mayo in a beetroot wrap

  • French Toast Toasted bread pudding with mascarpone and strawberry sauce
  • Eggs Benny Brioche with two poached eggs, vegan bacon, grilled spinach and hollandaise sauce
