Merlot is located in an old, restored building on the Grotte Kopel in Amersfoort. It is an upscale restaurant that serves everything, including a completely vegetarian menu. The chefs are mainly inspired by French cuisine, but sometimes also foray into Vietnamese flavours. Especially wine lovers are in the right place here: they have more than 100 types of wine.
