Description

At MIMIK you can go to the movies, the theater and eat your fill. More than 100 volunteers are committed to MIMIK so that guests can experience a pleasant, cultural evening. You can have lunch and dinner in the café from Tuesday to Sunday. The menu is largely vegetarian and/or vegan.

  • Oyster Mushroom Croquettes Croquettes from the local oyster mushroom farm served with bread and deventer mustard
  • F#Cking Vegan Pastrami Salad Bowl Pastrami (plant-based), mesclun greens, roasted vegetables, beet hummus, pumpkin seeds, pickled cabbage, turmeric granola, crispy chickpeas and tomato jam
  • The One Burger Grilled beyond burger with avocado, caramelized onion, curry-ginger mayonnaise, vegetable chips and fries
