mkdozario is the plant-based South Indian restaurant in Almere, where the age-old cuisine of South India comes to life in authentic dosas and idlis. These traditional crepes and rice cakes are made from fermented rice and lentil batter left to soak overnight, naturally vegan, probiotic and gluten-free. At mkdozario, each dish is freshly prepared at the time of order, accompanied by daily made sambar and chutneys. Whether you choose a crispy Masala Dosa with spiced potato filling or soft, airy Idli — every plate tells a story of generations of family tradition and genuine craftsmanship. Besides the dosas and idlis, mkdozario also offers aromatic vegetarian biryani, the protein-rich Pesarattu and street food classics from South Indian cuisine. The restaurant is present every week at two locations in Almere: on the Stadhuisplein on Wednesday and Saturday, and on the Homermarkt on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
