My Asia focuses on Thai cuisine. The restaurant was opened a few years ago by chef Pau Srisukyai, who has more than 25 years of experience in the profession. Son Steve has now taken over the business and he is also a great expert in the kitchen. Although Thai cuisine often uses meat and fish, there are also many curries that are basically vegan. As an extra, you can always choose tofu in your curry, so vegans will not be short of proteins.
