Description
In the middle of the Zuidas, on the second floor of the extraordinary Valley building, is a "live fire cooking" restaurant. This means that they cook on an open fire. And they create real works of art. At Nela you can taste all kinds of different dishes, because they use the 'shared dining' concept. So you don't just order one dish, but a whole bunch for the whole table, which you can eat together. Nela means "pure" in Sanskrit, and you can tell. Chefs Hari Shetty and Ori Geller let "pure" come back in the menu, the way of cooking and the decoration of the restaurant. You will find mostly neutral colors in the interior. At Nela you can eat on the terrace (on the second floor) or inside at one of the tables with soft sofas, or at the cocktail bar. Reservations are recommended, because Nela is almost always full.
