"First we eat then we dance" this is the slogan of the Nieuw Rotterdams Cafe, called NRC by the locals. Every weekend this metropole café - which is located in the former office of the ''NRC Handelsblad'' newspaper - transforms from a café restaurant into a club. The café serves meat and fish, but there is also plenty of choice for vegans and vegetarians, including a vegan burger, sushi, poké bowl and there is even a vegan tasting box.
