Description

Nihn Binh is a Vietnamese restaurant in Hilversum. Chef Phuong cooks authentic Vietnamese dishes. Some you may already know, such as pho or spring rolls. But there is also a good number of dishes on the menu that are perhaps less known in the Netherlands. Super fun to eat here, for connoisseurs of Vietnamese cuisine, but also for newcomers. Almost half of the menu is vegan, which shows that Vietnamese food certainly does not need meat.
