Sam has loved baking all her life and has always been a sweet tooth. When she became ill, her body could no longer tolerate sweets. From that moment on she started thinking about ingredients and started experimenting with products that are not only tasty but also healthy. This is how Petit by Sam was born, a small coffee shop and pâtisserie on the Vijzelstraat with a full vegan range and fine gluten-free options for small and large cakes. There are a few tables to enjoy a coffee and something delicious, but you can also order take away or order online.
