At Rå everything revolves around health and taste. Founders Till and Tristan wanted to be able to eat well, with the speed and convenience of fast food, but then healthy and with quality. They started working on that, and eventually opened their first branch in 2018. At Rå you have varied bowls with vegetables and vegetable protein. They also have healthy juices. The name is Danish for 'raw' or 'unprocessed'. In Norse mythology, all animals have a 'rå' that protects them. The same goes for Rå Bowls & Juices, because everything is 100% plant-based (and organic).
