Together, the Wong brothers are responsible for the Ramen Brothers Noodle Bar, which they founded in 2018. Here you will find authentic Japanese ramen, with a distinctive Wong flavor due to the homemade sauce they use as a ramen base. There are 12 different standard ramen bowls on the menu, including 2 vegetarian (1 for the kids) and 2 vegan. You can also add extra toppings, so you can adjust your own bowl to taste. There are now 3 Ramen Brothers noodle bars, including 1 in Haarlem. Don't forget to slurp if you decide to drop by!
