Description
Dordrecht is home to a vegan gem called Rebel Rebel. Since April 2022 this restaurant can be found in the historic city center, but before that the restaurant existed somewhere else. The concept was then called Daantje and existed since 2015. Now they have moved and have a lovely terrace near the water. Of course, eating inside is also possible. The menu is extensive and inspired by different cuisines. And if you feel like a game, you can: there is a pool table.

You want to go here for the location on the harbor, but especially for the original vegetarian dishes: a nice menu with a choice for everyone on an otherwise standard terrace. The staff was also nice. Nice and relaxed and friendly and when they heard that we wanted to go to a certain store that sells organic seeds and plants, they immediately came and told us how to walk.

Original and cozy restaurant, very nicely decorated and really super-great-best ever vegan food! And in a beautiful location on the water. Nice menu with something for everyone. I ate a gyros sandwich that I still think about 😋! Too bad we don't live nearby.
