De Houtloods is located in the oldest building of the Spoorzone in Tilburg, a monumental location that combines history and modernity. The restaurant, with an open kitchen in the center of the space, offers guests a fun experience: you can literally take a look in the kitchen and see how dishes are carefully prepared. The interior is industrial, with a warm atmosphere. At De Houtloods they serve seasonal dishes of high quality. Choose a set menu, available from Sunday to Thursday, where you select your own dishes, or be surprised by our chef's menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses. This menu changes every season and also offers a fully plant-based vegetable menu.
