MICHELIN star restaurant Fitzgerald is a contemporary culinary and wine destination where Rotterdammers and (inter)national guests meet. A restaurant with a beautiful private dining, spacious bar, and private courtyard. It is located on the modern Gelderseplein in the historic Oude Haven. The international interior combines modern design with vintage classics. In addition to the MICHELIN star, Fitzgerald has also been awarded the best wine list of the year 2022. Fitzgerald has a regularly changing, compact menu with both à la carte dishes and set menus. On the a la carte menu you will find two vegan and three vegetarian dishes, but fully vegan or vegetarian dining is also possible. Please indicate this when you make a reservation.
