Description
In Hotel de l'Europe on the Nieuwe Doelenstraat in Amsterdam you will find Restaurant Flore, a 'Conscious Fine Dining' concept, led by Michelin star chef Bas van Kranen. Here, high-quality ingredients are transformed into simple but special dishes that move with the seasons. The menu therefore changes constantly, with the starting point: 'vegetables of the moment', which means that there is no menu available. As a guest you can opt for a lunch menu for 110 euros p.p., or a dinner menu for 185 euros p.p. All dishes are dairy-free and the menus can also be ordered vegan.
