At Hemel & Aarde, the menu is determined by what the earth has to offer at that moment. The restaurant works with a fixed seasonal menu with a choice of a 5 or 7-course menu. They work with regional products and natural processes. There is a choice of a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian menu. Unfortunately, the current menu is not geared to a vegan diet.
