Description
Restaurant Rotonde is a progressive restaurant and wine bar. They prepare local vegetables - from the land and from the sea - grains, pulses, fruits, mushrooms and much more. The dishes are prepared as pure as possible. They prepare adventurous combinations with vegetables that you may not have heard of. In combination with the natural wines they serve, they hope to provide you a pleasant evening. The menu is largely vegan and a number of vegetarian dishes. Since 2023 restaurant Rotonde has a green Michelin-star.

We had a delicious meal here on a Saturday evening. Since all the tables were occupied, we sat at the bar on top of the kitchen (which provided some extra entertainment). We had a six course menu. The dishes look neat and the taste was great. They mainly cook vegan, but if you want a cheese course you can. For us, the charred leek with XO-parika sauce stood out, delicious! They have an extensive wine list and they ensure that your wine does not get too warm. The price-quality ratio is excellent here
