Description

Armenian cuisine is not really known to many Dutch people. Fortunately there is restaurant Shirak, which serves authentic Armenian dishes. This kitchen is also very suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You can order a 3, 4, 5 or 6 course menu, and then choose meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan. Also possible together. Very nice to taste different snacks. In principle, Shirak is only open for dinner, but if you make a reservation for lunch, they often also open for lunch. The Caucasian hospitality immediately becomes apparent!

  • Vegetarian tolma. Close your eyes and enjoy this Armenian, sweet taste explosion. With rice, raisins, apricots, dates, rolled in sauerkraut, cooked in fresh apple broth.
