Description
Ron Gastrobar is the original restaurant where the famous chef Ron Blauw once started. The menu now has a specific 'Green' section, from which several smaller dishes can be chosen for a complete meal. Most of the green card is vegetarian, but they can veganize many of them. The restaurant has one Michelin star so don't be afraid to ask for dishes to be made vegan.

A star tent that has a lot of meat on the menu, but also cooks vegan: exciting. The small snacks are all tasty, but to say WOW WOW star level, not. I had lunch there, and of course you pay a lot of money for it. It's a shame that you're still eating fries because it's not completely filling.
