Ruby Rose is a food and wine bar in the center of Utrecht. The restaurant has an overwhelming interior, which immediately exudes cosiness. In the middle of the restaurant you will find a large bar where you can choose from an infinite number of wines. The menu mainly consists of Mediterranean dishes to share. So order a nice bottle of wine and some dishes to enjoy a good evening together. Due to the Mediterranean cuisine, there is unfortunately little choice for vegans, but as a vegetarian you can eat well here.
